SPOA provided testimony at a state house hearing about the governor's housing bond bill on January 18, 2024.

As you have heard by now, the attorney general certified the rent control ballot initiative put forth by State Rep. Mike Connolly.

Demetrios Salpoglou recently wrote an article for Banker & Tradesman calling for tax breaks and other incentives to stimulate increased supply for new and affordable housing.

On April 23, The Boston Globe released an article that featured SPOA advocating against rent control, along with the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB).
