SPOA Testifies at Housing Bond Bill Hearing
SPOA provided testimony at a state house hearing about the governor's housing bond bill on January 18, 2024. State Rep. David DeCoste sponsored a panel that included SPOA President Allison Drescher and Vice President Amir Shahsavari, in addition to SPOA member Ralph Jaeger.
The panel advocated for the interests of property owners and their tenants, while emphasizing the importance of including property owners at the table in creating solutions to the housing dilemma in Massachusetts.
