SPOA Article on Tenant Opportunity to Purchase (TOPA) in Banker and Tradesman
We are pleased to announce that a version of the TOPA article from our April newsletter was published in Banker & Tradesman today! We are grateful to be recognized by this prestigious publication, which eliminated its paywall as a courtesy so that we could share this article for free.
We hope that this will help SPOA advance its message further in advocating for the rights of property owners throughout Massachusetts, as we strive to provide for our tenants amid a hostile environment.
