Media Covers SPOA's Response to AG's Certification of Rent Control Ballot Initiative

As you have heard by now, the attorney general certified the rent control ballot initiative put forth by State Rep. Mike Connolly. This means that rent control activists can move forward with their attempt to put this question on the ballot for the 2024 election.
