Annissa joined SPOA President, Allison Drescher, and SPOA Vice President, Amir Shahsavari, to answer questions from small property owners and housing providers on topics including rent control, affordable housing, the eviction moratorium , government policies hostile to housing providers, and improving the tone of landlord-tenant relationships through policies that encourage home ownership and community development.
