SPOA in the News: Media Covers SPOA's Response to AG's Certification of Rent Control Ballot Initiative

On September 6, 2023, the Massachusetts Attorney General certified the rent control ballot initiative put forth by State Rep. Mike Connolly. This means that rent control activists can move forward with their attempt to put this question on the ballot for the 2024 election. The Small Property Owners Association (SPOA) issued a response to the certification which was covered by State House News Service and The Boston Globe.
