We are pleased to release Episode 2 of our housing policy series, entitled "Debunking Landlord Stereotypes."

Topics included how to navigate long-standing negative stereotypes against rental housing providers, as we continue the good, but challenging, work of housing our tenants safely and affordably. When confronted by dangerous housing policy proposals like rent control and TOPA, how do we continue our good work while devising constructive solutions to the housing dilemma?
