SPOA launched its 2023 webinar series on June 8 with a discussion about the pitfalls of rent control, among other proposals that endanger businesses and communities, both in Boston and throughout Massachusetts

Who are the real winners and losers in cities with increased regulation of rental housing? How do we solve the housing shortage in Eastern Massachusetts?
