# Small Property Owners Association (SPOA)

> Massachusetts advocacy organization opposing rent control and protecting small property owners through legal action, legislative advocacy, and grassroots mobilization.

SPOA represents small housing providers across Massachusetts. We track legislation, file legal challenges (including Chapter 93A claims), publish research and newsletters, and mobilize members to contact legislators on housing policy and rent control proposals.
